Anna:

It’s easy to forget that Anna is only a freshman, albeit a 19 year old one. Speaking in her second language, Anna shows a level of maturity and poise that is quite impressive. She talks about the team first, the primary goal of winning and doing whatever she can to help achieve that goal. Even for a UConn freshman, she demonstrates an exceptional ability to handle the media.

Interesting comments from Geno: calls Kyla starting an experiment that he decided needed to end while watching the Oregon game, says Liv is one of the most horrendous practice players in the history of the program, the crowd at South Carolina is going to be more people than Anna's probably seen in her life.

Geno post game quote at @11:00 minute mark was telling. Essentially he said sooner or later it is going to click for everyone at the same time and then "we'll be okay." I get the feeling he likes his personnel but feels like they aren't quite locked in... yet. He thinks it's coming though.

Anna's interview is all the more impressive when you realize that she's likely constructing her response in Polish and then translating back to English. Yet the interview is pretty seamless. She's a bright young woman.

Christyn just sounded wiped out. Makes her effort yesterday all the more impressive.
