For going undefeated in C-USA every year...
For going undefeated in C-USA every year...
It won't just be uconn who drops a game here and there to former C-USA members. Cincy and Louisville will too. Watch. No they didn't. Just because UConn is playing like crap doesn't mean the crap beating them is any good.
This year has no relationship to any other year. We may not be a tourney team this year.It won't just be uconn who drops a game here and there to former C-USA members. Cincy and Louisville will too. Watch.
PANIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!LOLOL! Memphis was our (Cincinnati) whipping boy back in C-USA. They were truly a nobody in the conference until UC, UofL and Marquette left.
The Conference USA Memphis played in is nothing compared to the current American. You guys lost two road games, big deal...

Well, to Memphis' defense, when Louisville, Cincy, and Marquette were in C-USA, that was one of the lowest stretches in Memphis history. I believe their coach was Tic Price. They were abysmal. Then they hired Calicheater to fix it and it took him a good while to fix it. But once he had, the good teams had left for the big east so memphis had no other choice but to beat up on what CUSA had become. When Memphis has been at their best, Cincy was Memphis' whipping boy. Through the 80's when Keith Lee was with Memphis along with other players, Memphis ran through Cincy and the Louisville/Memphis game was a premiere game every year. Memphis actually played Cincinatti for about 4 years after Cincy had left C-USA and Memphis won every matchup. In fact, Cincy's win over Memphis yesterday was their first win in about 5 tries against Memphis. And I believe as this league develops barring anymore realignment, Memphis will more than likely get the best of Cincy most of the time.LOLOL! Memphis was our (Cincinnati) whipping boy back in C-USA. Ahh! The Larry Finch and Larry Kenon Memphis State Tigers! They were a Bill Walton game of his life away from having a national title down on Beale Street. (One that wouldn't have been taken away by sanctions!)When I was a bit younger oops I took a liking to the Larry Kenon FF team……….

Two losses does not change the unimpeachable fact that the league is beneath UConn. The last twenty years dictate that.

But ... the LEAGUE left us. What exists today has no resemblance to what we loved.
Who can't even remember who the team's coach was in the 90's. Not 1930, the 90's.
...which means the league isn't below UConn because? Because they left? They're not directly correlated. You can have both be accurate (which is this case).
