Melanie Balcomb resigns from Texas Tech coaching staff

“At this time. I need to focus on dealing with a family medical issue that won’t allow me to commit my full energies to coaching. I’d like to thank Texas Tech for the opportunity to be a Lady Raider and wish them success as they enter league play," shared Balcomb.

At SC she was an advisor for offense and at TT she was an Asst Coach.

I don't question her reasoning. She and her partner have little ones, IIRC as well as other family, of course. Lets hope it all works out for them.
