Mel was there about 5 years or so, but not this past season. I wonder if their improvement is partly due to Mel's toughness and winning attitude. She brought a winning culture.

Thanks for posting the link. Looks like Mel is joining the "real world" of work. There is no doubt that she will be a success where ever she ends up. She looks great.
