Yeah. Yoga in the fitness clubs is nothing like the picture you likely have of it. Tried it once when we joined 24-Hour Fitness last year. Didn't get to the puke stage, but I was seriously jellified after 50 minutes in that class.

I'm sticking to the machines, where there's not all that peer pressure to continue past a reasonable stage of exhaustion... ;^)

Personally, I love the hot yoga. The problem is when the studio doesn't do a good enough job cleaning the room prior to the session. All that group sweat puts up a mighty stink. Gross
