McCombs.... Frail?

Just not himself this season....arm tackles, ghost tackles. Goes down so easily....something is missing. Seems like he had that last run in the red zone if he headed outside, but cut in (twice) back into the D.

Night and day, last year to this year.

On the other hand, glad to see Chandler throwing the ball OK and settling in. Going to have to be able to run it to win, though. At least some.

McCoombs is a small change of pace/3rd down type back...NOT a run the ball 25 times per game between the tackles back. At 5-8 166lbs (from roster..weight is VERY generous) he is just too small to be a full time back. ESPECIALLY with the blocking scheme GDL is employing!
