http://www.masseyratings.com/rate.php?s=cbw&sub=NCAA I Click on the team to see how he's predicting the rest of the year for each team.

Not unexpected is predicting both ND & UConn will go undefeated for the rest of the year.

Is also predicting if UConn & ND meet, UConn would win 77-68

He is predicting the Lady Vols will beat South Carolina in their regular season final game. Game is being held in Tenn so not a bad prediction. He's also showing that North Carolina has only a 6% chance of upsetting ND at South Bend. While I think they win the game, I'd give North Carolina at least a 25% chance to upset ND.

If you really want to have mindless fun, select UConn and ND for a matchup and then run the 3, 5, or 7 game simulations. It's sort of like randomized rolls of the dice each time you do them, and you will get a different set of scores each time. I was amazed that UConn beat ND 104-65 in one game of a 7-game series. I ran each of the scenarios twice, and UConn won both of the 3-game sets 2-1, split the 5-game sets 3-2 and 1-4, and won the 7-game sets 5-2 and 4-3. So UConn was up 17-13 in the 30 games, so the teams are rated fairly close.

Interestingly, a single match of UConn and UTenn has the Huskies winning by almost the same score as the 2000 semi at 79-58. Running the same two rounds of simulations, UConn came out ahead 7-0, 3-2, 3-0 and 7-0, 5-0, 3-0, so five sweeps and actually one close series. The top amount of points UConn scored was 98, but I'm sure you'll get some 100+ games if you try a few seven game simulations.
