This was a very good game for us from beginning to end. Bouk and Cole had excellent games between the two of them. Dagger Trey Ty loves to play against Marquette and made some dagger treys and some good defensive plays today. Polley plays well in big time games.
Our big men were non-existent today, but thankfully they were not needed much. Carlton needed back soon and healthy. Akok looked scared and mentally unsure of himself when out there. He needs more time.
AJacks plays with good energy, competitiveness, defense, and good passing. Good to see him throw down a hammer dunk.
We are going to make the NCAA tournament for the first time in what feels like an eternity. The long nightmare is soon to be over.
