On March 17, 1993, UConn wrapped up fairly disappointing 1992-93 season with a 74-71 loss to Louisville.

Four things happened (or didn't happen) as a result of that loss:

  • UConn failed to win 25 games for the season.
  • UConn lost twice in a row.
  • UConn didn't make the Sweet 16.
  • UConn finished the season out of the top 10.
With today's win over Seton Hall, the first two bullets still haven't occurred since that date. The bottom two seem fairly safe to remain active streaks too...

Ok, in less than 4 weeks, we can exceed 2 decades. I say we run the table to keep it simple.

On that date, Kaleena was not yet born, not were the froshies. And Geno had no gray hair but about 15 fewer pounds.
