Manhattan Italian Recs?

Taking my 10 year old into the city and was wondering if anyone had a rec for a casual/simple Italian place that is good. Her jam is caesar salad and either a red sauce or alfredo and she'll legit be in heaven. We'll be in midtown but subway all over so it doesn't matter where. Most of the recs I've gotten have all been a little too "fancy" thus far.

Nothing over the top but you won’t leave hungry or poor.
