Facing 6-9 years in prison. Judge considered him a flight risk so he was cuffed and taken to jail to await sentencing. Wow!

I feel REAL bad, but.....don't do the crime if....

GO HUSKIES!!!

That's just sad. Not sure what happened to him over the years, but apparently he must have been desperate. Feel bad for him because he's a former player, but bad on him for becoming a criminal.

He would have been among the last people I thought would do something like that. He had to work for everything at UCONN. With Calhoun that meant something. JC must be very disappointed.

Scott Burrell can't bail him out?

Tragic as hell for everyone except Mandeldove, who is no longer the greatest disgrace to the number 32.

With the exception of THE SHOT. Tate George was not one of my favorite Huskies. Seemed like a very cocky guy from the few times I met him. Just my opinion.

I think his nickname@ UCONN among the players was brick head. Still fits.

"Brick" comes from New Jersey, Brick City! but he does have a funny looking head

You know, this guy is one of ours. Yes, he screwed up, badly, but I don't take any pleasure in it. It's just sad.

To anyone who might know, how much time is he likely to do?

I thought I had read a max of 20 years per count.

Yeah but someone who gets 20 is often out in 3 or 4 right, if it's non violent? Murderers are sometimes out in 7, correct? I'm just not sure though.
