Edit: Just saw the report say they can start the scholarship reduction in 2016-2017.

Folks, it should be clear that I posted after ESPN stated they would receive 2 bans, one for next year. They then changed that.

The initial info was a ban for next year.

I was watching sports center anchors try to figure this out live on air. It was very unclear when the report first came out.
