They hired the wrong women's coach - the new one has taken them to the league championship (vs UHart I Think this weekend) and 24 wins in her 1st year.
The new mens coach is the former womens coach who left for medical reasons last season - he had a losing record while the head womans coach

I went to the UVM Maine game last Wednesday night in Bangor. In front of friends and family. Maine pays their Men's head basketball coach ~$120k.
