Safe to say we made the right choice going forward. The AAC - coming off its best year - is only projected to have 3 teams. Memphis has the #1 recruiting class in the country and is only projected to be on the 4 line lol...

No, but its all about the perception of the league. Memphis has the #1 recruiting class in the country and is only on the 4 line. If their recruiting class belonged to any P5 school they would be on the 1-2 line

New Mexico State/Arizona will not play in the 1st Round...since they play @ Zona during the season. Less than a 1% chance. Joe doesn't even know they play.

South Alabama is the team to beat in the Sun Belt not Arlington.

Why? Memphis has an unproven head coach. As Kentucky has proven, having a collection of great freshman is no guarantee of being one of the top 4-8 teams. I don't consider Calipari a great coach, but Penny deserves less credit than Calipari until he actually gets to an Elite Eight.

maybe the aac will get lucky and cinci can play houston and someone can make it to the 2nd round

I don't consider Calipari a great coach, but Penny deserves less credit than Calipari until he actually gets to an Elite Eight.

And whatever we want to say about Calipari, he's gone to the E8 7 out of 10 years.

But, with 10 to 12 McDonald's All Americans on the roster every year and only one championship to his credit he is open to criticism. Tied with KO for all time championships.
