LSU star will not enter the draft

Johnson is very talented and has said she will not enter this year's draft.

Her remark is that she will stay in college. I wonder if that means she is looking for the portal...she could have
said that I will be returning to LSU. Maybe she will....or not?

Likely intentional to not state "returning to LSU". She could be waiting for LSU, or others, to sweeten her deal.

I'm guessing it's all her mom rather than anything coming directly from Flaujae (who Mulkey adores.) To put it nicely, Flaujae's mom doesn't seem like the easiest parent to handle from Mulkey's perspective.

It seems fairly obvious her mom is leveraging LSU to give her more cash with threatening the portal. Its obviously not gonna happen unless a random school finds a way to pony up 7 figures which is completely unreasonable and 99% of it is financially irresponsible. Flaujae is obviously a great player but not worth 7 figures from a basketball stand point.

She'll 90% likely get a bump in her NIL deal/return to LSU. Her and Mulkey are obviously very close but of course her mom is problematic and will drag everything out.

People also forget a lot of top programs backed out of Flaujae recruitment out of HS because of her parents....
