ND has been worse than I expected, but all expectations were that they were going to be down this year.

Miami lost a couple starters from last year but I thought they would be solid this year.

That in retrospect was ridiculous, that was based only on the name on their jersey and nothing to do with their personnel.

You have a point though, based on preseason rankings and where they are now ND probably takes the cake.
