Lou & Aaliyah Points Milestones

Lou is just 85 points away from 2000 for her career. She scored 1598 points in her 4 years at Fairfield and has 317 with UConn so far. A nice milestone for a really good player!

Speaking of 85 points, Aaliyah is that many away from 1000!

That seems about right, 17 a game. Either one can have a 25 point night so it will be a nice "contest" to watch since they are both great milestones. If you had told me before this season began that Aaliyah was going to have an All American quality year and that Lou was going to be a flat out star I would have filed it under BBS. The first word in that acronym is Boneyard. I was at the Seton Hall game in South Orange and very close to the action and with 3 other guys, two of whom played D1, and they could not believe how dominant a player Aaliyah is. Her presence on the court in and of itself is intimidating.
