Lots of Peas in the Pod

Last three commits

Mick Bell 6'2" 170 lbs. DB
Deon McLean 6'0" 185 lbs. DB/RB/ATL
Kaleb Anthony 6'1" 175 lbs. DB

Finding and developing DB's has been a consistent strength of RE.
Agreed. He’s gone back to the basics of finding football players after the 2 year disaster of chasing speed with low football IQ. Good signs.

Probably frightened with the lack of speed on the roster and his perception of the AAC as B12 Lite. Be nice to have players that know the sidelines can be your friend among other things.

Gotta like the size of the DB's coming in as this reminds me of what he brought in the early years of Edsall part 1

Yes. Plenty of room for fair critiques of Randy's shortcomings as a coach. One area which is close to indisputable is he can recruit and develop very good DB's.

How does this impact the other DBs we are recruiting, such as Frazier and Adeyi (FutureCast to UConn)?

Bear Bryant always said -- Luck follows speed.

I think they would take either one as both look like good gets, but I suspect they might not be making the same effort and instead they will focus on the other areas of need. Just guessing.

I would love to have either one, probably would be a good conundrum to have it both wanted to commit.

I’m really respecting the effort of the staff right now. Really doing a lot with a little and I think it will pay off. Hard to be a competitive team without competitive recruits. I think this is going to change. Go Huskies!
