McCowan’s lack of aggression is sorta reminding me of Griner.

She had those instances at Mississippi State too. However by her senior year she had gotten fairly aggressive. I’ve been a little perplexed at her inconsistency in fighting for position down low and especially in contesting shots on defense.

She apparently needs to conserve energy in these every other day games. Half the time, she is walking back on defense. I think any huge post is at a disadvantage with the schedule as is.
