I think it's more of a look where he tried to deliver a silent but deadly, but it came out a bit on the wet side. And now he has to take a seat in the board room and he can't think of a good way to excuse himself. He's sporting the "I've got to sit on my own wet fart and I entirely brought the situation onto myself" look. I know the look, I've seen the look and it's funny.
