He was the only one that fit the posted job description's (Assistant Football Coach Defensive Line/Recruiting Coordinator) preferred qualification of "Professional Football Coaching Experience". I think he's been glossed over... great hire.

I agree...for what it's worth I tweeted back and forth about the new staff with Dez a bit yesterday...one of his tweets was:
" It's a good staff, no question - and I've heard that from former UConn staff members FWIW..."
