Gus Johnson in '99 is irrelevant because he no longer calls tourney games. I can't remember any other regional game pairings.

Gus and Elmore called the loss to NC State in Worcester in 05. I am fairly certain that Verne and Raf called the loss to George Nason in 06, because while I was there I recall hearing some "onions" screams when watching highlights.

They did call the game in DC because of the ONIONS call when Rash tied the semi final vs UW on Friday. I had erased that game from memory.

I don't acknowledge the 05 game because it wasn't a regional (and damn it was ugly, I was there!)

I was there as well. The only reason I know it was Gus and Elmore is that when we opened against UCF, we were seated two rows behind them and were there early, and my kids got Gus's autograph and spoke to him for a few minutes. He was unbelievably gracious.
