Looking for 4 or 5 tickets for Men vs. Cincy (1/10) or USF (1/25)

Every year I take my father to a men's or women's game with my daughters as his birthday present (his birthday is late December). He's at the age where daytime games are really the only option, so this year I am targeting either the 1/10 game vs. Cincy or the 1/25 game vs. USF. Five seats together would be preferred, but I could probably work with four and just grab another single for myself in the same section.

I realize that tickets are still on sale for both games but since it is an XL Center game I am hoping for better seats than those they are selling now (high up in the corners).
