I can remember watching Memphis around 2009-2013 and how awful they were. Their AD lobbied for them to become a member of the SEC when the SEC was expanding. It was laughable. They were double digit underdogs week in week out. I kept thinking that it must stink to be a fan of their program and who's in their right mind would support a team like that.

Well who's the idiot now I ask myself? I don't get too wrapped up in the losses any longer and have become accustomed to them. It's been a long 8 seasons with more to come.
