Tough for Tulsa. Can't build a team when your 'star' draft pick defects.

They should still make the play-offs this year with Seattle, and SA's injury problems this year.

Is that the same Chinese team that Liz played on last season?

Yeah it can be anyone's game in the WNBA with only 12 teams in the league and 8 of them make the playoffs.

Lets see - play for China and make enough money to have an off season, or play for chump change in the WNBA wear your body out andstill and have to make a living elsewhere. I wonder if there are more W defections in the future?

Of the current WNBA players, I would think that the older more established players, in particular, would be more likely to forgo the WNBA season, and earn real money overseas.
