CBS picks us to win by 10, Athlon picks us to win by 3 referring to it as a classic Big East-ACC showdown. Hopefully these people know what they're talking about. the Maryland papers talk a lot about how much pressure Edsall is under to win this week, regardless of their decent start.

Edsall presumably needs to get them to 6-6 this year, and back to a minor bowl, to take some of the heat off. For them to get to 6-6, they are figuring they need to win tomorrow.

I don't care that it's a big game for them. I'm only worried about it being a big game for us.

cfn has us losing, which actually makes me feel a little better about the game. All of the previews seem to think this is going to be a defense dominated game full of turnovers, which makes me worry about our game plan. I hope we don't keep things so conservative to avoid TOs that we spend the whole game punting after 3 and out. I think that was our game plan last week and it's frustrating b/c you feel like you're losing b/c you're not even trying to win the game, just avoid TOs (which we did a terrible job of anyhow). We need to get our offense chugging before we hit the BE portion of our schedule and I don't think we're on pace for that to happen at this point.
