OT: Length of NBA Timeouts

Are the MANDATORY timeouts in the NBA rules...the same as the TV timeouts? All other full timeouts are SUPPOSED to last 1:15 seconds. How long do you think they last on average? My guess would be 4-5 minutes.

Not just the timeouts.
The reviews, commercials, refs huddling , refs indulging in player complaints, foul challenges etc….

the playoffs get an A grade so far even with all the injuries. semi finals looking like it will be 2 good matchups as well no matter who wins this sixers v hawks game.

College tv timeouts seem to feel longer and annoy me more. But the end of nba games can definitely go long.
