So earlier this week they took an official off this game because he was from Leicester.... then it's officiated like that? Wow. I can't believe the LC fans haven't burned the place to the ground.

Then they get a hilarious make up call with 15 seconds left in ET.

I know an official was taken off Stoke v Tottenham b/c some Leicester connection, didn't realize they switched refs in this game too.

I watched the 1st half, and only listened to final 15 minutes or so on the radio, unbelievable final 10 minutes. I haven't seen either of the PK calls or Vardy's red card as of yet.

Vardy's red car was absolutely deserved. One of the dumbest plays I've ever seen, especially since he was already on a yellow.

Missed the RC and the comeback by WH. Saw the last 10 minutes. The PK at the end was a makeup for missing an obvious textbook one at the end of regulation.

A game like this is why soccer gets a bad rap. Subjective calls that have an oversized affect on the outcome. Refs blow calls in US ball sports, but unless it is at the end it rarely decides a game.

Ah I must have misremembered what I heard about the ref. The RC call is ok - the balance made zero sense.

Watched the Arsenal game, should have watched the Leicester match instead, more entertaining & may have learned something about referees.

I don't have a problem with the make-up call, and neither should West Ham; they knew they got away with one.
