We'll need good play at LB from Joseph and Diggs to have success this season. We simply have not had the level of play and talent we have had historically from that level of the defense - Moore, Smallwood, Wilson, Lutrus.........

Joseph needs to play faster to make up for his lack of speed. When Diaco played him and Walsh together in the middle we were exposed versus the run. Joseph is a two down LB. If he wants to stay on the field, he has to get better in space and work n his speed and quickness.

Agree entirely. Our speed at the LB spot was sub par.

He needs to play more disciplined in his assignments as well. I think the new regime helps with that.
