If you need to solve the pack/unpack and the freight you might consider decoupling those things. For the freight part, I used U-Pack which allows you to schedule a trailer drop at your pick up and drop off locations. You load the trailer, a driver carries the load. It worked pretty well for me and I would imagine you'd be able to option it without much lead time. This would be a good option if you're moving out of state. You'd still have to either pack it all up yourself or hire someone to help you with that piece, but I think the transit is what you'll struggle scheduling last minute with a shortage of drivers. Be careful if you go with this option and hire out a crew to pack as you'll lose chain of custody visibility to who broke your stuff if it shows up in a different condition it left in. [/QUOTE]
