Minnesota punt return makes pseudo fair catch signal, and runs for a TD. Play is removed, and TD is waived off and Minnesota is given a 5 yard delay of game penalty. I didn't know that play was reviewable. Why wasn't it reviewed when Taylor did it?

When LT did it, it wasn't renewable.... It changed that off-season I believe, because of him
