Kelly never gets love. All she did was average 8 points, 6.7 Rebs, 5.3 Assists, 2 steals and a block. While shooting 80% 2FG, 42.9% 3FG and 70% FT. I don't think she has ever been recognized officially on the Honorable Mention for BE player of the week.

On a semi related note... Elizabeth Williams just won her 6th ACC freshman of the week award today.

I think KML is 1 behind Rebecca, who was chosen 7 times. The great Maya Moore holds the record with 10. Let's see where Kaleena finishes. Her shooting is just getting warmed up.

She has been my BE POY a few times this year. She is a really good basketball player and along with Bria is the heart of this team.

Your comment got me to looking. Good question. Smith would have been my guess too, but Brianna Kiesel of Pittsburgh, statistically, is ranked in more categories as a freshman. Not sure how that measures up...but....good conversation.
