I agree that Geno may prioritize rebounding for Ashlynn mo re than Azzi, but the difference is pretty big. I went to HerHoops.com to look up what I consider the best rebounding stat, namely what percentage of available rebounds did that player get. It adjusts for pace, and shooting percentages for both teams. Then I looked at what percentile that would put the player in compared to other division 1 players.

Azzi    4.4 percent of available rebounds, which put her in the 10th percentile. Here are the same stats for other players

Ashlynn  7.1%, 36th percentile

Paige      8.5%, 54th

KK         6.5%,  33rd

Kaitlin    4.4,%, 10th

Kayleigh  4.3%, 9th

Caroline  8.6%, 54th  (her freshmen year)

Morgan   10.9%, 72nd

Ice           10.6%, 70th

Sarah       18.2%, 98th

Jana          18.8%, 98th

Serah         18.3%, 98th

I just hope if we go small ball we don't give up too much on the boards. If Ashlynn starts at the 3, There is a big drop off from Paige on the boards and a huge one if her place is taken by Azzi or Kayleigh. Possible factors in the other direction, however, is KK if she starts is a pretty good rebounder for a 1, and considerably better than Kaitlin was, and upfront to the extent Serah and Jana consume some of the minutes Ice might have gotten, that will help the rebound margin too.
