Personally I’m in decent shape BUT I’m tired today from that game! So think about the kids! Of course it’s nice being 18-22 but we need ten guys today. A few of our really good players only played minimal minutes.
I don’t see Whalley giving 45 again.

Really only Cole, Sanogo & Whaley played major minutes but they are 3 very important players for sure....time for others to step up.

And then another game tomorrow....quite a test for the young men.

3 games in 3 days against quality competition sets the team up nicely for a big season hopefully.

Akok Gaff Jackson Hawk and Martin should all be fine. Whaley Sanogo and Cole may be kinda gassed but these guys are coming off a full summer of conditioning and tough practices. I think they’ll be fine

I'm with you man. Woke up tired and it's going to be tough ... just 1+ hours until tip. Probably will be more a slow game tempo .

we have a deep roster, would like to see guys step up who were quiet yesterday to spare guys that played the full game as others noted.

this is where our depth needs to show up. need more offense from jackson, akok, and gaffney. hopefully gaff got the jitters out yesterday and hawk isn't down on himself.

I kind of like the early game in a tournament like this you go in and play as opposed to waiting around the hotel and at the arena waiting for your game to start. We got depth and these guys are young, get in win and rest later.

Tired after one game?

Kemba disapproves.

I also remember after the 4 overtime against Cincy, we beat the American top seeded Temple pretty handily the next day, and looked like the fresher team.

With Whaley out, possibility of Springs seeing 6-8 minutes. Put him in for a 1-2 minute stint once or twice a half just before a mandatory TV timeout. Buy Akok and Sanogo an extra few minutes breathing time.
