All the players/former players on the membership council make sense in terms of having a Canadian background except Pascal Siakam (Spicy P). He's from Cameroon, moved to the USA when he was 16, played for New Mexico State, and was drafted by Toronto in 2016. No ties to Canadian National Team that I can find. Just being a good local Canadian citizen I guess. ???
