Last three games were against top 30 defenses. #14 Bama, #20 ISU and #29 OSU. UConn put up 82, 71 and 74 against them. Right now the best BE (non-UConn) defense is outside the top 30.

On the flip-side the best offenses UConn has faced are #21 Bama and #30 Oregon. Held to 67 and 59 points. Creighton (10), X (15) and Nova (23) all have top 30 offenses right now.

Sure, but if that's the bar then we're a really good team. I know it's easy to forget but this is what we all expected early with a brand new team was growing pains. The surprise is that we're running P5 NCAA tournament teams out of the gym while playing our C game

Funny, Florida is 59 and we have coasted through multiple top 35 teams now

And their average opponent offensive and defensive efficiencies are ranked in the 200s.

We are playing in their house and they have some big bodies but I think we should manage. We should be really proud of that Alabama win.

Algorithm still has Kentucky (5) way over-ranked and Creighton (14) way under-ranked. I think Creighton will be the best team we play all regular season

Defensive slow teams are winning in college basketball this year.

All 5 of the top 5 on kenpom are top-10 defenses, with offense ranging from 9 to 33.

Only 2 of the top 10 teams are above <100 in tempo.

Our tempo is up to 150. I believe that's the highest since Hurley got here.
