Does anyone know how to select a date range in the season to see what the defensive efficiency or offensive efficiency was during a particular range?

You can do that with Torvik's website, but I don't think you can on Kenpom

hmm...okay...I was looking to comb through data as I do my bracket, lol.
Hoop Explorer will allow you to look at a teams' performance on offense and defense with a lot of filters: By date range, opponent rankings, in-conference, etc. Use the link below, pick your team, and then most of the filtering you can do by altering the "Baseline query"

You can't get a range, but you can look at historical single dates of the KenPom ratings from the Fan Match page.

Torvik is good for team level rankings and stats by date, Hoop-Explorer good for player stats and team stats filtered by stuff.

So quick thoughts:

1. Alex takes 53.2% of shots as 3pters. He makes 35.3% of 3s attempted = if he takes 20 shots and 35.3% = ~7 3pt, 13 2pt he would make 2.4 of those and get 7.2 pts on 3s, 13 2pters are 53% made would be 14 pts = 21 pts nominally. So 21 pts on 20 shots would be great plus free throws. Probably a great time to get hot from the 3!

2. 1-2-3 for most free throws is Tarris, Liam, then Hassan. Tarris makes sense, but Liam and Hass drive... Solo has started to but get FTs at 1/2 the clip they do.

3. Tarris is barely/slightly better when playing with the main team of (AK, HD, SB, LM) than alternates.

4. Johnson is much better when playing with the main team, then alternates.

5. Our best 5 of the usual with Johnson or them with Reed, Jr = 5 with Reed, Jr. is better than 5 with Johnson. Not by a ton, but by enough, but likely because Reed, Jr., has had a lot more success than Johnson game by game.
