Talking about the start of his Junior year following a lousy season the year before (loss in the NIT)... "We had some (pause) unusual practices"
On the ankle breaker against Pitt, "I rose up, and as I'm in the air, it was just me and the basket. A routine shot that I shot every single day, you know, workin' out."
Also, the proximity to UConn was a factor in choosing Boston as a free agent.

In the summer of 2010 my brother was a UConn football recruit for 2012 and we went on an unofficial visit to campus. We randomly walked into gampel at around 9 am and there Kemba was with a trainer shooting baskets. I don’t think he missed one.

Does Kemba get enough credit for still having his Calhoun hug pic as his twitter pic? He’s by far our brightest and best ambassador.
