Ok - what's the ruling on these?

I seem to remember in the old days that you couldn't rebound your own airball or that you had to do it while still in the air? I'm assuming steps taken before throwing off the backboard are still in effect there ... so if Kemba were to move any of his feet it would have been a travel?

Not an airball. It hit the backboard.
