The Hornets +/- while Kemba is and isn’t on the court is insane. He hasn’t been quite as good as last season but he has had to carry them a lot.

Kemba has better ppg, ast, steals, PER, VORP, and WS than Dragic. Winning doesn't equate to being an all star. Your individual season does and Kemba leaves Dragic in the rearview mirror

He should definitely be on the team just with his numbers, how much he has improved as a passer and free throw shooter...I know his defensive metrics are great but I just don’t see it with the naked eye. The games I’ve seen this year his defense looked average at best but maybe I’ve just watched the wrong games. Either way, he deserves to be an all star

Simmons' team is a game over 500 and they are dreadful without Embiid on the floor. His time is coming but I don't think he deserves a nod. The stats are nice, especially for a rookie but I am not bowled over by them.
