Went to see the Bobcats play the Timberwolves last night just to watch Kemba.

He was his usual exuberant self...all smiles....in spite of Charlotte's 15 game losing streak..

Make that 16 as Charlotte didn't have anybody who could guard Kevin Love.

They are a miserable team but Kemba shows the flashes of great play that made him great at UConn. He spent the night guarding either Ricky Rubio or Jose Juan Barea, both smallish, quick guards.

Was good to see him again..

Mobile banking will also help put a smile on his face in the midst of a losing streak.

Kemba vs Lin tomorrow should be fun

Charlotte plays Toronto, I thought.

Charlotte is just amazingly bad, point in fact, look at PER (15 being an average NBA player). Charlotte has 4 players on it's roster with PER's over 15. DJ Augustin leads the way with 15.9 (and has missed 11 games), Derrick Brown and BJ Mullens are the other two above 15, with Kemba at 15 exactly. Now of course PER isn't an exact science, but I think it's pretty darn telling that only 4 players on Charlotte have PER's above 15 and only 9 have PERs above 10.

They have not one player with a PER over 16. That is pathetic.

If they get Anthony Davis or Andre Drummond, and pair him with a good wing in a year, they could turn things around. I could see, in 3-4 years, a team of Walker, Veteran X, College Star Wing, A. Davis, and Boyimbo being a good young team--it would be sort of like the Thunder.

Yeah and Kemba has had some positive numbers this year. Decent A/TO ratio (even with no one to throw the ball to for an easy assist), decent TO% considering his usage. Good number of foul shots and good percentages from the line. Seems to be improving from 3PT range. Last ten games he's a bit over 40% which is respectable.

Bad news is a decreasing percentage from inside the arc, he's at 37% for the season, and 35% the last 10 games inside the arc.
