Probably (almost certainly) the best 11 game run in NCAA history. 5 games in 5 days against what would turn out to be 4 tourney teams, all 4 of which were won on last shots and/or buzzer beaters and 6 amazing games during MM, 5 of which they were underdogs. 14-0 if you want to count Maui. Is there a better 14 games in the history of men's college ball? Especially considering the competition. After Depaul the "worst" teams of the other 13 were probably a solid WSU (tourney team) or St. Joes (10 seed). Only non tourney team of the 14 was the aforementioned Depaul.

You're mixing up your years. They didn't play St. Joe's in 2011. St. Joe's was 2014. I know it seemed like Brimah was here for 7 years but it really was only 4!

Here is the 11 game run.

4-4-11 RELIANT STADIUM, HOUSTON, TX UConn 53, BUTLER 41
4-2-11 RELIANT STADIUM, HOUSTON, TX UConn 56, Kentucky 55
3-26-11 Anaheim, CA UConn 65, Arizona 63
3-24-11 Anaheim, CA UConn 74, San Diego State 67
3-19-11 Verizon Center, Washington D.C. UConn 69, Cincinnati 58
3-17-11 Verizon Center, Washington, D.C. UConn 81, Bucknell 52
3-12-11 New York, NY UConn 69, LOUISVILLE 66
3-11-11 New York, NY UConn 76, Syracuse 71
3-10-11 New York, NY UConn 76, Pittsburgh 74
3-9-11 New York, NY UConn 79, Georgetown 62
3-8-11 New York, NY UConn 97, DePaul 71

Best tourney team of all time. Undefeated in elimination games

He’s the best tournament player ever, IMO. Maui, BE Tournament, NCAA Tournament all undefeated. He broke and set records, MOP/MVP, and won. Also OOC he never lost

I still think that last Arizona shot is going in every time I see it.

I thought it was in.

Lamb made him change the trajectory just enough to make it go long.

I love Lamb saying he could feel the wind of the shot as it went past his hand.

I closed my eyes when Fogg released it and still have nightmares of it going in.

That was when i knew. I knew at that moment. I just knew.
After throttling Florida I told everyone that was our title game. It was almost eerie how confident I was going into the championship game against Kentucky. Losing never even crossed my mind.

We’re UConn fans - the thought of losing a title game should never cross our minds.

That Florida team was historically great.

But Bazz and co made sure that no one would remember or care about them

lol your lucky. `14 i was confident but i wasnt sure. I figured there was NO ! WAY! this could happen twice. I was a wreck at the begining of that Florida game. I thought the ride was going to be over. Once that run came and we took the lead i knew it was game on.
11` was just so easy for me once we beat AZ. I just enjoyed the F4. My confidence that we`d win it was more than it was even in 04` when we steam rolled everyone going into the F4.

The narrator missed how genius that play call by JC was at the end of the Pitt game. He knew Pitt would be switching on all ball screens, so he drew up that mismatch: Kemba vs McGhee.

I happened to be in the SD area at that time so my dad and I went for the SDSU and AZ games. That was and still is my only tournament experience.
