What ND would have done this year, is they would have signed 5 or 6 players from other teams to fill in their roster. They would have found players willing to transfer to one of the Elite WBB Programs. Smaller Programs would develop players for one to three years and then the schools that annually compete for Final Fours will come in attempting to Poach/Recruit players saying to the player you're the missing piece for us winning a National Championship. Perhaps the NCAA should allow players to Transfer and Immediately play, but put a limit on the number of transfer players a team can have on their roster. [/QUOTE]
