Or so it seems. We'll find out Saturday when they play TX. Believe me I hope they are as they are my 2nd favorite team. I always root for them. When they play Baylor (my favorite) I'm actually not a very happy camper even though BU seems to almost always win. But who knows, this year in Ames could be a barn-burner.

I know Vic has a lot of respect for that program from his TAMU days.

MSU went into Hilton in 2016 (that was a pretty good team) and they almost shot us out of the gym. Our pressure and their short bench finally caught up to them. State mounted a furious rally ending with a clutch 3 from Ro Johnson (she was good at those when called upon) to get it into OT. Got the win in OT.

Glad to see them winning again. I relate to the Ag school work ethic.

I think it is great for women basketball that Iowa State is good. They have always been in the top 5 in attendance although they have mostly had average teams at best.
