He's a MAN as a true frosh at WR for us. He should be a starter the rest of his career at UConn.
Young man just MOSS'd the defender. He catches the football.
@huskymedic sorry i didn't post this in the game chat.. It's just a fact that Kealon Marion is and has always been the real deal for us. Has nothing to do with today's game. He's a talent we need to do anything to hold on to.

I think he is a good 3rd with Cam Ross and Matt Drayton. If Turner works on his hands, we could have a really good receiving corp next year.

Kealon showed he's not afraid to fight for the right to the football with defender draped all over him. Hes better than of the other WRs we have. Turner probably should've redshirted this season. Unfortunately he couldn't. He's not ready to be that dude.
And we need like 2 quality QBs for additional depth at the position. Steven Krajewski, as big as he is, can't make simple throws. Horrible accuracy. Best thing he did was throw it up and give his guy a chance to make a play. And thats what K Marion did.

I could care less about the game chat honestly. What's the point at this point?

Nice to find the guys who really want it and show it in a live game.

The cupboard is not bare. Whoever the new coach is, if they can keep the underclassmen, save the recruiting class and bring in some transfers, we could be back in business next year as opposed to a 3 year rebuild.

Don't agree respectfully. Yes, a couple of throws did throw it up, KM made nice grab. But Steven Krajewski also threw some beautiful balls that were dropped, (5)?, and can he run like Tyler Phommachanh, certainly not, but he runs well enough, made the right decision on the last TD. And this game plan offense was tailored for Tyler Phommachanh. With Carter running so well, next week I expect Steven Krajewski to lead us to a win over UMass, that's all.

Clercius made some plays today and so did Rose. We've got people who can make plays on offense against teams that are our level.

Don't worry about being respectful responding to criticism of a player who's been in what, four games, in his career?
No chance to grow into the position, gain some confidence, and learn where the receivers prefer to get the ball
Steven Krajewski threw some nice passes and no one could have placed one any better on the short pass to Rose swinging out to the right in the first half (as I recall). It was right where his hands were, in stride, and made it look easy.

I agree with you about Steven Krajewski throwing to guys who dropped balls, but at the time I posted that, he didn't.

#14 had probably the biggest drop of the game. Had 2 men beat and couldn't make the catch perfectly laid out to him in stride. (Smh)...

All in all, this team showed a crap load of fight tonite. Almost pulled it out.

Tonite makes me think about Coach Hurley's comments in the Spring of '20 season: "(people better get us now)...it's comin..."

8:10 mark of this clip

Of course, I'm referring to our next 3 opponents... I think it's coming these next several weeks...

First off I know y’all know I am a Steven Krajewski fan with that being said prayers To Tyler Phommachanh for a speedy recovery. Now did Steven Krajewski make some mistakes and start off slow yes he did. Like you said him and Tyler Phommachanh two different styles of quarterback. Steven Krajewski was always a 3 star pocket passer with the ability to run. He’s not going to kill you with his legs and be flashy but he covers five yards with a stride in a half. For coming into a game that you weren’t expecting to play in a down poor he ever gave up threw a pick bounced back made a poor read bounced back. I’ve always said it though he is a winner. When the game is on the line he delivers. I feel you guys will see the Steven Krajewski we know down here in GA now that the game plan will be around his style of play and with much better play calling. He did decent against Purdue with all that drama going around the program. Now we have Thst cloud disappearing the team playing like a team and fighting the Steven Krajewski you see coke out next week you won’t even recognize him. Best wishes Tyler Phommachanh good luck Steven Krajewski and Go Huskies
