A year or two back, we went to visit my grand daughter at U New Hampshire. The road that ran around the back of her dorm to access the parking lot ended with a 'Do Not Enter' sign. Right at the top of a concrete staircase not unlike the one in the picture. The sign was not particularly prominent, and I would be shocked it more than a few cars haven't driven right down that stair case.
