I would assume UConn can't participate in this given that residential programs are explicitly banned until phase 3 of reopening which is tentatively scheduled for late July or August, and that's if everything goes smoothly with the first two phases.

I can’t find any updates about re-entry on an F-1 visa for Anna. And we’re hoping that Nika has already made her embassy trips...
