For those of you who analyze things better than me, what the hell did we do differently in the 2nd half?

The kid was a beast and too formidable for our bigs in the 1st half. Talk about a 'man against boys'. In fact had we not adjusted we were certainly looking at a loss.

Although I think some of it was fatigue (no way could he run like that for 2 halfs) but Ollie did something and I'm not sure what it was. It was the difference in our victory that's for sure, because he wasn't fouling out.

Kid is a beast but coach had a plan and even though Scott got plenty it worked out

Phil was also doing a really good job at forcing him to catch the ball 12 ft away.
Yup. And this was because the guards did a great job of denying the first, early post pass.

It was just better, smarter execution.

I've never seen a more favorable whistle than Scott got. That being said, he's a really great player, fundamentally sound. Nolan played great against him.

Fun to watch an earth-bound post player like that. I assume he's retiring now.

I heard he is heading to law school.

Well looking at him, he is what, 40 years old. He probably got tired.
LMAO! He looked scary I tell ya. I am like WTF. Are players coming down from the NBA back to school?

Nolan did a great job on Scott in the second half 1 on 1. Also, our perimeter pressure was intense against their guards. Refs were favoring them all day but we came through somehow.

Let's take down Jayhawks on Sat.

He doesn't look half the age of perry Ellis on duke, who is well on his way to a vet minimum in the NBA next year .

Kansas. We get to make jokes at his expense in the next game.

Just heard a report he took offense to a billboard ad at the airport on the way back to Boulder:

Scott shot 18 free throws. That's a lot. Has anyone shot at least 18 free throws against UConn this year?
