I thought it was just me that gets frustrated with blackouts and only in state streaming.

The WNBA has been running the league like a "Mom and Pop store " since it started. They need to start hiring the most competant people instead of just insiders who fit their PC criterias. The other sports leagues also run a " Good Ole Boy ' system to a degree , but not to the level that the WNBA does.
