It actually is wind inflated, wind comes in through the black mesh vent between its eyes. It can't get enough lift on its own due to the shape, so it rides the line of another kite to acquire height.

That's incredible. I'd fly that in my backyard all year. I love that our fanbase is so multitalented and committed. What a kick ass time to be a UConn fan.
